About

Jeff Peroutka

From living out of a carry-on to scaling ventures past seven figures, Jeff Peroutka is a freedom-first entrepreneur and the CEO of three ventures: PROR Marketing, an AI-powered SEO agency serving clients like OpenSea and Arc’teryx; Two Palm Developments, a boutique real estate firm in Indonesia; and MyLombok, a regional lifestyle magazine. Known for scaling multiple businesses to seven figures while living nomadically across 35+ countries, Jeff doesn’t just teach time freedom—he lives it. He specializes in building lean teams, AI-driven systems, and location-independent companies to help high-performing founders reclaim their time.

His approach is rooted in systems thinking and shaped by real-world adversity. After his first startup fell apart in college—and five more ventures failed during COVID—Jeff pivoted from chasing product-market fit to acquiring and automating service businesses. When a deal to buy a link-building agency fell through, he built his own: PROR Marketing, now a top-rated SEO agency with over 120 satisfied clients and 20+ remote team across seven countries.

Jeff’s entrepreneurial instincts began early, when he sold candy bars in middle school and sneakers in high school, inspired by his father’s mantra: “Don’t work for anyone else.” He discovered his passion for business at San Diego State University’s Zip Launchpad incubator, where he first experienced the pace and pressure of startup life. But his real breakthrough came once he ditched the office and hit the road.

When his agency began earning $5K/month, Jeff took off to work remotely from co-working hotels across Mexico, Bali, and beyond. This lifestyle experiment turned into a system—he learned that tight timeframes and a clear reward create momentum, and that delegation, not hustle, was the real key to freedom. He went on to optimize every aspect of his business, investing in consultants, automation, and team-building infrastructure.

After a financial setback—losing a major client, a tax misstep, and a crypto crash all at once—Jeff doubled down on diversification. He moved beyond SEO into international real estate, media, and mentorship. A surf trip to Indonesia introduced him to Lombok, where he bought a lifestyle magazine and laid the foundation for his third company. Today, he’s building a hotel, running retreats for other founders, and helping entrepreneurs systematize their way to freedom.

In recognition of his work, Jeff has been featured on podcasts, contributed to Entrepreneur and Medium, and earned accolades including the Titan Business Award. He holds certifications in project management, digital marketing, and product ownership, and has delivered results across industries ranging from SaaS and healthcare to legal and lifestyle brands.

Jeff’s mission is simple: help founders stop operating from urgency and start building with intention. His Design, Delegate, Scale framework has become a roadmap for entrepreneurs who want to escape the day-to-day, reclaim their energy, and create businesses that serve their lifestyle, not the other way around.
